    低熱量飲食菜單|香菇蔬菜拉麵

    食材(四人份)

    蔥.......................................................些許

    薑片...................................................1吋

    拉麵...................................................120g

    香菇...................................................50g

    白菜...................................................1顆

    四季豆..............................................50g

    醋......................................................1湯匙

    雞蛋..................................................1顆

    辣椒..................................................些許

     

    作法

    1.將香菇切成長條狀

    2.薑切薄片

    3.四季豆切成適口大小

    4.白菜切成小段狀

    5.將麵條煮軟

    6.把蔥、薑、香菇、四季豆一起翻炒

    7.加入水煮滾

    8.加入切好的白菜

    9.加入煮好的麵條

    10.加入1湯匙醋

    11.擺上半熟雞蛋

    12.放上辣椒切片,完成
