香油...........................................................................1茶匙
孜然粉.......................................................................1茶匙
蔥................................................................................些許
作法
1.將薑跟大蒜切碎
2.將洋蔥切碎
3.將番茄切丁
4.先將蒜跟薑爆香
5.將洋蔥跟辣椒炒軟
6.加入番茄翻炒
7.倒入水,蓋上鍋蓋悶5分鐘
8.加入1茶匙孜然粉
9.加入些許蔥
10.加入1茶匙鹽
11.將煮好的番茄倒入果汁機中
12.打成細泥
13.放上配著吃的蘇打餅乾
14.撒上蔥花
15.淋上1茶匙香油,完成
