通心麵.....................................................250g
鹽.............................................................1茶匙
茄子.........................................................1條
帕瑪森起司條........................................1/2杯
蒜粉........................................................2茶匙
蛋............................................................1顆
麵包粉....................................................1/2杯
麵粉........................................................1/2杯
作法
1.將通心麵先加入鍋中
2.撒入1茶匙鹽提味
3.將茄子切成條狀
4.依序裹上麵粉、蛋液、麵包粉
5.撒上2茶匙蒜粉
6.撒上帕瑪森起司條
7.放入220度烤箱,烤15分鐘
8.加入番茄醬
9.撒上帕瑪森起司條
10.撒上些許羅勒葉,完成
