水...................................................8杯
味增...............................................1/2杯
麵條...............................................120g
菠菜...............................................150g
豆腐...............................................1塊
香油...............................................2湯匙
蛋...................................................1顆
作法
1.將菠菜切斷狀
2.豆腐切成塊狀
3.雞蛋在滾水中一邊滾動一邊煮
4.放入麵條煮熟
5.將麵條取出放涼
6.煮滾8杯水,放入味增
7.放入豆腐、麵條、菠菜
8.蓋上鍋蓋悶30秒
9.加入2湯匙香油
10.放上煮好的蛋
11.撒上蔥花,完成
