作法
1.將蔥跟辣椒切片
2.將酪梨切薄片
3.整顆檸檬擠汁
4.番茄切丁狀
5.在去殼的大蝦中加入米酒、胡椒、辣椒粉
6.生煎醃好的大蝦
7.在木盆中裝入生菜、番茄丁、酪梨片、大蝦
8.撒上些許鹽
9.倒入檸檬汁
10.攪拌均勻
11.淋上橄欖油
12.撒上辣椒片,完成
